Method conditions

Gas chromatograph conditions: injection port temperature: 250 °C, detector temperature: 280 °C, column flow: 1.2ml/min, split ratio: 30:1, column temperature conditions: 50 °C (5min), 25 °C/min rise to 250 °C (10min) Thermal
desorption instrument conditions: purge 320 °C (300s), flow rate 40ml, cold trap temperature -20 °C,
secondary desorption 300 °C (60 seconds);
Pipeline and valve box 150°C, split ratio 20:1

Sample preparation

The adsorption tube (Taitong CS2 analysis tube) is completely activated by the ATHH-12 activator and sealed for use.
Calibrator formulation: A standard solution with a concentration of 2 mg/ml is formulated.
Standard loading simulated adsorption: the aging adsorption tube is loaded onto the standard loading platform of the ATHH-12 activator, different volumes of standard solutions are injected respectively, and each adsorption tube is removed and sealed after suction, and the standard series adsorption tube with a content of 1, 2, 4, 10 and
20ug is obtained.
